However, during the tilting process, the cylinder initially bears compressive force. At approximately 60 degrees of rotation, this force transitions to tensile force. This shift between compression and tension often causes vibration, potentially damaging the green body.Our new, patented tilting bottom waste remover overcomes this issue. What are autoclaved aerated concrete blocks and panels?A:Autoclaved aerated concrete blocks (AAC) and autoclaved aerated concrete panels (ALC) are lightweight, porous, new, green, and environmentally friendly building materials. They are primarily made from cement, lime, silica sand (or fly ash), and incorporate corrosion-treated steel reinforcement meshes according to structural requirements. Aluminum powder creates gas bubbles, forming a porous crystalline green body. After high-temperature and high-pressure autoclave curing, AAC/ALC panels are formed. The production, sales, and use of main building materials are unrestricted when the specific activities of natural radionuclides Radium-226, Thorium-232, and Potassium-40 simultaneously satisfy IRa ≤ 1.0 and Ir ≤ 1.0. For main building materials with a void ratio greater than 25%, they are unrestricted if IRa ≤ 1.0 and Ir ≤1.3.Its production, sales and use are not restricted.
