Product Description YD type hard alloy composite surfacing electrode (YD type electrode for short) is made by mixing granular sintered hard alloy and elastic carcass alloy. Coated with a layer of special flux and colored to identify the particle size. The sintered cemented carbide particles are mainly cobalt-containing tungsten carbide, with a hardness of HRA89-91; the matrix metal is a "nickel-copper" alloy, with a tensile strength of 690MPa, and hardness: HB≥ 1601.carbide copper alloy brazing rod it is made of by sintering tungsten carbide scrap and elastic matrix alloy,Outer layer of the special flux and coloring is marking scrap grade,the composition of sintering tungsten carbide scrap is mainly CO and WC,The hardness is HRA 89~91,tire body matal is Ni and copper alloy,strength can up to 690MPa, hardness HB≥160.2.Common particle sizes :1/16" x 1/8" (1.6 x 3.2 mm) , 3/16" x 1/8" (3.2 x 4.8 mm) , 1/4" x 3/16" (4.8 x 6.4 mm) , 5/16" x 1/4" (6.4 x 7.9mm) , 3/8" x 5/16" (7.9 x 9.5 mm), 1/2" x 3/8" (9.5 x 12.7 mm).3.length :280mm ,450mm4.
