Product Description Application scenarioEquipment description:The equipment scans the surface of the circuit board through the high-precision line laser probe to obtain the contour data of the workpiece surface, and then calculate the flatness and warpage degree. It is suitable for high precision and fast non-contact measurement of warpage and flatness of circuit boards in batches, and can realize separate processing of qualified products and products without grid.The software can produce three kinds of results:1,Warping degree2,The distance from the highest point of the board to the reference platform3,flatnessThe above three results are optional.Measurement process description :First of all, the belt width of the assembly line and the size of the lifting platform are adjusted to the current size of the required measurement product;Set the scanning parameters and scanning points of the line scanning laser;Set up NG machine hand grab material;Set OK product crawl;After each structure is set up, the measurement can be started. When the product is qualified, the robot will absorb the product to the qualified area.
