Use a 220v power supply with a grounded triangular plug socket, and confirm that the power socket is correctly connected and well grounded! 2. Avoid installing the instrument in an environment with a strong magnetic field or electric field. 3. A series of data such as the carbon, silicon and manganese content of the molten iron can be measured by the furnace worker by the way, by pouring a small scoop of molten iron into the pouring cup.Measurement Process Description 1. First, plug the instrument into the power source, turn on the power switch, and warm up for 20 minutes before reaching the temperature equilibrium state. 2. After the sample cup is installed on the cup holder, the prompt box indicates "the sample cup is ready", and the instrument completes the measurement preparation, which can be used for hot metal quality measurement. 3. Ladle a ladle of hot metal into the sample cup. It is suggested that the temperature of hot metal in the sample cup should be about 1300 oC, and the instrument will automatically enter the measurement state. The prompt box indicates that "the determination of liquid iron composition is in progress", and the temperature curve area on the left begins to display the temperature curve measurement process. 4. On the right side of the measurement screen, the calculated measurement results, CEL,C%,Si%,and the quantity of scrap, carburizer and ferrosilicon to be adjusted are displayed in turn. 5. After the measurement, the results will be displayed, and the results will be saved automatically.
