Product Description Transformer Oil Tan Delta Tester Dielectric Loss Angle Testing EquipmentWhat is the Tan Delta Test?Tan Delta also known as Dielectric Loss or Loss Angle or Power Factor test method is used to test the insulating oil to know the quality level of the oil. This test method is carried out at two temperatures. The results obtained from both the tests are compared. If the test result is good, the oil continues to be used, if the test result is not as expected, the oil is replaced. Features* Advanced high-frequency induction heating mode, homogeneous heating, high speed, and easy to control.* All digital technology, automatic measurement.* Large LCD screen, with printer.Product Parameters Power SourceAC 220V±10% Without Frequency LimitAC High Voltage Output400V-2200V ±2% ,Every 100V 50VADC High Voltage Output200V-600V±2%Temperature Control Induction StoveLess than 500WTemperature Control Range<100oCTemperature Measuring Error±0.5oCControl Temperature Error0.1oCControl Temperature TimeRoom Temperature 90oC <20minMeasuring Rangetgδ: Without LimitCx :15PF-300PFRx :10M-20TResolutiontgδ: 0.001%Cx: 0.1pF△Rx :0.01Precision△tgδ:±(Reading*1.0%+0.020%)△Cx :±(Reading*0.5%+0.5PF)△Rx :±Reading * 10%Relative Dielectric Loss ConstantΕr Calculated AutomaticallyVolume Resistivityρ Calculated AutomaticallyDimension450(L)*310(W)*360(H)Net Weight21KG Purpose of the Test The main purpose of the tan delta test is to make sure of maintaining a secure and reliable functioning of the transformer. With the calculation of dissipation factor and capacitance values, it provides the result of insulation behavior of bushings and in windings too.Variation in the capacitance value, for instance, it indicates partial kind of breakdowns in bushings and automated movement of windings. Insulation deprivation, aging of the equipment, enhancement in the energy levels is transformed into heat. The amount of losses in these is calculated as the dissipation factor. With the tan delta testing method, one can easily know the dissipation factor and the capacitance values at the required level of frequencies. So, any kind of aging factor can be identified earlier and the corresponding action can be implemented.Customer useMore Details
