Water vapor and carbon dioxide can diffuse out through the functional membrane.This will maintain the airflow balance inside and outside of the fermentation stack membrane, ensuring a more thorough aerobic fermentation process, effectively killing pathogenic microorganisms and ensuring the hygiene level of the fermentation products.Technical Features1. Low odor impactThis process adopts multiple measures to control the source, emission pathway, and treatment facilities of odor, effectively reducing the impact of odor. Efficient and low energy operationDue to the small particle size, large specific surface area, high oxygen utilization efficiency, and the formation of ultra-low pressure inside the membrane, this process crushes organic waste particles, resulting in uniform resistance reduction and gas distribution in the stacking layer. This process successfully integrates composting equipment, composting process, and composting experience, taking into account the advantages of static and dynamic composting. It basically eliminates the problems of poor environmental conditions and difficult process control in traditional strip and trough processes, and has the characteristics of easy control in warehouse processes.
