The transport vehicle is also prepared, with the driver inspecting the vehicle's cleanliness, removing debris to prevent contamination, and ensuring it meets transport requirements. During the loading process, on-site personnel monitor the loading process in real time, adjusting the cargo's position based on the vehicle's load distribution to ensure balanced weight between the front and rear of the vehicle, minimizing safety risks during transport. Once all cargo is loaded, staff review the manifest again to confirm that no items are missing or incorrectly loaded. The vehicle doors are then closed and sealed. This way of delivery cost much less than delivery by train, but takes much longer time, normally double the time of sending by train.2.
