The working principle of the pump is based on the rotation of the impeller, which causes the water to be thrown into a centrifugal motion, creating a pressure difference. The centrifugal force generated by the rotating impeller directs the water outward toward the impeller's outer edge, which then flows into the pump through the volute casing. The water is guided through the volute casing's spiral flow channel, and finally, it is pumped into the pressure pipeline, achieving the desired pressure.Before starting the pump, it is essential to ensure that both the pump shell and the suction pipeline are completely filled with water. This step is critical to prevent air entrainment, which can cause significant damage to the pump. Once the pump is ready, the motor is started to power the pump shaft, which in turn rotates the impeller and the water inside. The impeller's rotation imparts centrifugal force on the water, propelling it outward toward the impeller's edge.
