Product DescriptionA complete production line designed to facilitate the processes that sheep undergo after entering the slaughterhouse, including waiting for slaughter, herding, slaughtering and bleeding, pre-skinning, shearing of head and hooves, carcass processing, synchronous inspection, and cooling and acid removal of the carcass. It includes blood-draining suspension conveyors and blood-draining troughs.1.2 Carcass Conveying Line Primarily used for the slaughter process of pre-peeling the hind and front legs, cutting off the head, horizontal pre-peeling, trimming hooves, and skinning. It mainly consists of steel beams, track girders, drive units, tensioning devices, chains, track hangers, and automatic line tracks. It includes the hind leg suspension conveyor and the front leg suspension conveyor.1.3 Sheep Skinner The sheep skinner is used in the skinning section of sheep slaughter to quickly and completely remove the skin from the carcass, allowing operators to perform evisceration and trimming on the carcass. It mainly includes inclined skinning machines and rotary skinning machines.1.4 Carcass Conveying Line Primarily used for the slaughter process of cutting the anus, opening the chest, removing internal organs, and trimming. It mainly consists of steel beams, track girders, drive units, tensioning devices, chains, track hangers, automatic line tracks, and manual line tracks. It includes the carcass suspension conveyor, sheep washing suspension conveyor, and carcass hook return line.1.5 Processing Equipment for Skinned Sheep Primarily used for the processing of scalding, dehairing, washing, and lifting of skinned sheep. It includes equipment such as scalding pools, sheep dehairing machines, washing pools, and sheep carcass lifting machines.1.6 Hoof Trimming Equipment Equipment that uses a cutting method to remove sheep hooves. It includes hydraulic hoof trimmers.1.7 Synchronous Inspection Equipment Equipment that synchronizes the movement of sheep heads, hooves, and internal organs with the carcass production line for inspection personnel to conduct comparative inspections. It includes suspended synchronous inspection conveyors and floor-mounted synchronous inspection conveyors.1.8 Carcass Weighing Equipment Equipment used for weighing sheep carcasses. It includes static rail scales and dynamic rail scales.1.9 Carcass Washing Equipment Equipment used for washing the surface of carcasses. It includes carcass spraying devices.1.10 Sanitizing and Cleaning Equipment Equipment used for the process sanitization and cleaning of knives, tools, and other equipment during slaughter and processing.
