Product Description This machine is a current Drying equipment which has long using history. It is widely used and it has uniform temperature, high thermal efficiency and simple operation,It is several pharmaceutical factory's favorite machine1 ).Material of Equipment: stainless steel 304 inside and outside. Stainless steel 316L for trays2). Body of the oven: Frame configuration ,full welded, round in angle, we make the surface of the body flat, clean, lubricity, without concave3). The cavity is fully welded ,the angles are made round, so there is no wind go through it when working and it is easy to be washed up. And the heat insulation have not water seeping. So it can keep the products clean . And it use concave railway, the trolley is easily in and out.4 ).The oven have initial ,middle ,sub high efficiency filter, air outlet have initial and middle efficiency filter, to keep the air circling in the oven clean and insure the air back from outlet clean.5). Producing of the Trolley: The pillar use a stainless steel square tube, horizontal beam use stainless steel angle steel, The trolley wheel uses high temperature bearing nylon wheel, each trolley have 2 definite direction wheel, 2 change direction wheel. the structure of the trolley is reasonable, the strength is high.7).We use high-temperature silicon rubber as seal of the door.8 ).We use SIEMENS PLC control the machine and with data printer.Hot Air Drying Oven Characteristic :1. Three kinds of heat source are used for heating : electricity, steam+ electricity.2. Operation temperature: steam,50-140°C. Max.150°C, electricity,50~350°C. The temperature can be controlled automatically. Moreover it can be recorded through recorder.3. The inner wall of oven body is fully welded. Each transition adopts circular arc and no dead.4. The seal property of whole machine is good. Being adopted unique guide rail seal apparatus, the seal property can be guaranteed.5. The air inlet is equipped with high effective air filter and the damp exhaust outlet is equipped with middle effective air filter.6. The double doors of oven adapt mechanical interlock apparatus.7. All parts inside the oven can be assembled and disassembled quickly in order to clean conveniently.8. The control system has test display and touch screen for your choice.9. The whole machine is in conformity with the requirements of GMP.
