Product Description 1. Function and the application ranges: This 500kg per hour feed pellet line includes hammer mill/crusher, horizontal mixing machine, screw conveyor, storage silo with feeding system, pellet mill, pellet cooler and control cabinet. This feed pellet line can produce 4~8mm of feed pellets with 500kg/h pellet output capacity. The pellets are suitable for feeding cattle, sheep, rabbit, and other animals. This feed pellet line is widely used in small and medium size of animal feed production factories, farms and individuals, etc.2. Performance:(1) Compact structure, occupying small area, low requirement on workshop conditions, lowinvestment.(2) Easyto install, no need for civil engineering or welding at project site.All machines can be used directly after finish the connection, lower the installationcost.(3) Continuous production, easy operation, less operator required, this line only needs 1-2 operators, with less labor works. So the operation cost is lower which enlarge your pure profit by lower the productioncost. (4) Wide application, it can produce various feed pellets for poultry, livestock, fish, etc, it's suitable for small and medium feedproduction.3. Technological process:As showninthe Figure1,the grass will be crushed byHamme rMill Crusher 101 to ensure their size small enough to mix with other materials. The maize or other grains if you have (store and directly feed from ground) will be sucked into the Grain Grinding Machine 102 and crushed into fine powder.Any other powder/soft materials,such as wheat bran,bone meal, microelement, vitamin, etc, which don't need to be crushed; can directly feed into the horizontal mixing machine through the pipeline of grain grinding machine or put into mixer directly manually.After all powder mix uniformly in Horizontal Mixing Machine 103, it will be discharged into the hopper of Screw Conveyor 104, then feed into Temporary Storage Silo 105 by Screw Feeder 106. The uniform materials are continuously feed into the Pellet Mill 107 and produced into feed pellets. The pellets are discharged into Pellet Cooling Machine 108 with the cooling process, in order to cool the hot temperature pellet to no more 5oC than the room temperature. Then the cooled pellets can be ready for packing directly.ZL420 pellet mill can process powder materials like alfalfa, grass, straw etc into feed pellets. Those feeds are used to feed livestock, poultry, etc.This pellet mill is widely used in small and medium feed production plant, livestock, poultry, fish farms and individuals. PerformanceReal auto lubrication on Roller & bearings of main shaft, furthermore, the bearings works in closing room which isolate pollution on bearings & grease. The grease will be pumped into the pipe to roller & bearings All this not only save you time on maintaining machine, also extend life time of bearings.It's the R-type model. The material can be fed to working room vertically & smoothly under blending of roller.A temperature detector is equipped on flat die, thus operator can know the working situation easily to adjust the feeding capacity.Adding two groups of holes on body to decrease the temperature in working room.Adopt heavy reducer and spiral tooth gears in gear box, so this transmission system can conveying more torque and running stable.Modifications on The DiesWe change to use the new material (42CrMo) and forging processing, vacuum hot treatment in vacuum furnace.
