Product Description Product Introduction High Temperature Airtight Organic Fertilizer Processing Equipment Vertical Tank Type Fertilizer Fermentation Equipment Vertical Composting Fermentation TankThe vertical composting fermentation tank mainly used to turn and mix organic waste like animal manure, sludge waste, sugar mill filter mud, bad meal and straw residue sawdust and other organic waste for anaerobic fermentation. The machine is widely used in organic fertilizer plant, sludge dump plant, horticulture plantation, fermentation of double spore decomposition and removal of water operation.Organic Wastes can be put into the tank as long as its moisture below 70% without adding any other auxilliary materials. It is a continuous system, you can put wastes every day and organic fertilizer is produced every day (at first time, the fermentation term is 7-10 days). Bucket Elevator lift up organic wastes and put them into tank automatically. Organic wastes are mixed by agitating blades inside of the tank. Special heat exchanger uses heat of exhaust gas to warm up fresh air to go into tank. The warm air is blowed from holes on the blades. The warm air speed up Aerobic Fermentation and evaporate water in organic wastes. After 7-10 days (On average), organic wastes are converted to high quality organic fertilizers.Product Structure:The whole equipment structure is divided into three parts, the lower base part is distributed with wave pressure station, vortex air pump, oil cylinder, heating system and stirring shaft, etc.; the central part is a double-layer heat insulation tank, automatic control system, export device, etc.* Fully Enclosed Tank: The fermentation process is unaffected by the natural environment, so that the organic fertilizer production can reach the industrial processing standard.
