Product DescriptionProduct DescriptionThe biomass vertical briquette machine is a specialized equipment that compresses loose biomass raw materials (such as straw, sawdust, wood chips, rice husks, etc.) into high-density block fuel (i.e., biomass briquettes) through mechanical pressure. It features a vertical structure design, achieving densification of raw materials through vertical pressure. Widely used in the field of biomass energy conversion, it is a key equipment for realizing the resource utilization of agricultural and forestry wastes.Working PrincipleThe machine is driven by an electric motor to operate the transmission mechanism (such as gears, hydraulic devices, etc.), which drives the vertically arranged pressure rollers or pressure molds to rotate. When biomass raw materials enter the equipment through the feed inlet, they are forcibly compressed under the extrusion and friction of the pressure rollers and molds. The internal air is discharged, and the fiber structures are tightly bonded. Finally, the materials are extruded through the forming holes of the molds into block products of fixed shapes (such as cylindrical, square, etc.), completing the conversion from loose raw materials to high-density briquettes.
