The extruded shapes are pillow shape, hemispherical shape, stick shape, pill shape, walnut shape, flat ball shape and square bar shape.It can be used for granulation of various types of raw materials (including organic fertilizers, compound fertilizers, inorganic fertilizers, bio-fertilizers, magnetized fertilizers, etc.).(1) Roller extruding granulator can produce 2.5 ~ 40mm particles (including organic fertilizer, inorganic fertilizer, bio-fertilizer, magnetised fertilizer, compound fertilizer, etc.) of various types of granulation with good particle strength.(2) After the material enters the granulator, it is extruded by rollers to form balls and then demoulded into granules.Working PrincipleAdopting non-drying room temperature process, the material is extruded by two parallel mounted rollers, so that the material is agglomerated into dense particles under pressure from the upper inlet into the two rollers, and then crushed and reassembled into particles of the required particle size under the action of strong extrusion and shear force.Performance CharacteristicsHigh efficiency and energy saving: Compared with the traditional pelletising method, the roller extruder adopts mechanical extrusion method without adding binder or high temperature treatment, which significantly reduces energy consumption and production cost.
