The wet granulation method is employed by the disc granulator, which utilizes the rolling and growing principle to transform powdered materials into uniformly spherical granular fertilizers. With a balling rate as high as 93% and the use of a low-energy consumption unpowered scraper, this production line is highly efficient. Additionally, the disc granulation production line can be utilized for the production of other products such as bentonite cat litter granules, laundry fragrance beads, snow melting agents, desiccants, etc. To facilitate automated and continuous production, complementary auxiliary equipment like dust removal systems can be incorporated to ensure a safe and healthy production environment for employees. Crushing processOur semi-wet material crusher with high-speed rotating blade is a new type and high-efficiency single reversible crusher,and has strong adaptability to high water-content organic matter.Semi-wet material crusher is widely used in the organic fertilizer producing process and it performs well in crushing chicken manure, sludge and other wet materials.
