And in the same time the hot air is blown to the microwave oven for avoid from difference of temperature of surface and inside of the rubber strip because of heat radiation of surface; Through microwave vulcanization equipment, the temperature of rubber inside and outside can reach to the required same temperature, then can get the ideal vulcanization result.Characteristics:1. Easy control, simple operation and easy maintenance.2. Failure display function. If one magnetrons tube is not operating, the indicator lamp will display immediately;3. Fast heating and uniform heating; Same time heating for external and internal of rubber product;4. High heating efficiency. As the heated products is able to heat up on itself, the heating is free from heat exchanging process, therefore there is no heat loss in the surrounding air and heating oven;5.
