FAQFAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) for BEYONDQuestion#1 Is BEYOND a trading company or manufacturer?Answer: BEYOND is an integrated supplying company for drilling equipment and parts. The business mode is "One-stop Drilling Equipment & Parts Supplier".Question #2: Why we need to work with BEYOND since it is one trading company only?Answer: Yes, BEYOND is just one supplying and trading company, but it is growing stably in the past 7 years. Maybe we are not your best option for full set of drilling rigs, but we can be your best option for selected drilling equipment and parts by below advantages: 1) One-stop Procurement by Full Coverage of supply; 2) Independent and Optimized Selection of Best Suppliers; 3) To Reduce Client risk for International Disputes; 4) Only Supplying but with Full Technical Support;Question #3: Why you say BEYOND is good for drilling equipment and parts supply?Answer: China has full coverage of production for drilling equipment, but no any factory can produce all the drilling equipments. For any product request from the client side, we can choose to work with any factory based on the precondition that: 1) its product can fully meet up the technical specifications provided by our client; 2) it has complete certifications (like API, ISO, EAC etc) required by our client; 3) its delivery time can meet up the expectation from the client side; 4) Beyond worked with this factory before and we had good experience with them, it means its reliability (eithier in credit or product quality) had been proved; 5) this factory is active in technical support in before-sale stage; 6) for new vendors, BEYOND will make investigation and inspection for the factory by dispatching professionals; 7) this factory has good reputation in the industry. This is what BEYOND can do, but for the factory, usually the principal is that they can only sell their own products whether its quality good or bad, whether the lead time slow or fast. Therefore, BEYOND can independently choose the best vendor based on client specific and full requirements in most optimized way. Question #5 What you mean by "To Reduce Client risk for International Disputes"?Answer: It is bad but truely it happen that many of our clients had bad experiences in their cooperation with some of the China suppliers. It is not realistic at all for the foreign client to come to China and inspect all the factories before they start to work with them.It is not easy for foreigners to travel in China in consideration of transportation, language and food etc. Even if they come to the factory for inspection, it does not mean they can have full & clear understanding for the facory and assure they can supply 100% as per the contract agreement. Therefore, disputes oftenly happen in the deals between foreign buyers and China suppliers. For International disputes, it is not easy to get a good solution either by arbitraion or lawsuit. It is challenging for the client to verify each factories but it is easy to verify BEYOND only. After verifying BEYOND as reliable, then the rest will reply on BEYOND. Question #6 What do you mean by "Only Supplying but with Full Technical Support"?BEYOND is just one supplying company, but we are enjoying strong techncial support from most of our cooperating factories. For BEYOND, we are supplying to more than 100 clients from over 50 countries. Therefore, for each factory, usually we are never their one time client, but we are buying from them for different clients. While for the foreign buyers, for some of the products, maybe they just place one or two orders for the factory and no more. The factory may not care much whether this client is satisfied with them or not. But it is a different case for BEYOND. We will choose reliable factories for long term cooperation, not just for one time deal. And for orders from different foreign clients, we may buy from the same selected factory. For this factory, BEYOND is their regular customer therefore they will pay more attention to us. They will support us in a very good way no matter for pre-sale or after-sale services. Our mode for after-sale service is that we will dispatch engineer from factory and coordinator from BEYOND as after-service team for best support to our client.
