The power source is a Cummins water-cooled four stroke turbocharged intercooled diesel engine, which transmits power to the rotary table through the main transmission system, gearbox, etc. The rotary table drives the drill rod, which in turn rotates the drill bit to shear, grind, and impact the underground rocks or soil layers, achieving the purpose of crushing rocks and forming a wellbore.Circulating flushing: The drilling rig mainly uses rotary drilling with mud circulation as the main drilling method, equipped with BW850/2 horizontal reciprocating double cylinder double acting piston mud pump. Under atmospheric pressure, mud is used as a flushing fluid and flows from the sedimentation tank through a ditch along the annular gap of the wellbore to the bottom of the well. It is then injected with high-pressure mud through a mud pump to achieve positive circulation drilling. The mud carries the debris generated during the drilling process at the bottom of the well, and then rises along the inner cavity of the drill pipe to the faucet, and is discharged into the sedimentation tank through the mud pump. The settled mud continues to flow into the wellbore, creating a cycle that cools and lubricates the drill bit, carries debris, and improves drilling efficiency.Lifting and slag removal: During the drilling process, lifting systems such as winches will lift drill rods with attached debris out of the well. The debris will be separated from the drill cuttings through equipment such as vibrating screens or centrifugal separators, and the cleaned drill rods will be lowered back into the well. The operator adjusts the lifting system and mud pump to control the downward pressure and drilling speed of the drill bit, as well as the flow and pressure of the mud, accurately controlling the drilling depth and direction.
