Product Description New 5 Axis Servo Motor Robot Arm for Injection Molding MachineProduct DescriptionThree/Five Axes AC Servo-Driven Robots: Experience the cutting-edge technology and superior performance with our Three/Five Axes AC Servo-Driven Robots, engineered for unmatched operational excellence and precision.Three/ Five Axes AC Servo Driven Robots are extensively applied tohorizontal plastic injection machines from 50-850T which are mainly designed for rapid and precise removal on strict demands of good appearance of finished products and sprues. There are two types of arms -single stage and telescopic. The vertical strokes for single stage are 600/800/1000/1200 and for telescopic are 900/1000/1200/1400/1600mm. Full AC servo motors are driven on three axes (traverse/crosswise/main arm) and five axes (traverse/crosswise/vertical for main arm & subarm),take-out at super high-speed 1.4 sec and dry cycle time within 5.6 seconds. All linear movement are controlled by servo driven control systems to cooperate with high rigidity structure of linear guide rail for realizing high precise take-out and accurate repeatability.
