The former is suitable for ultrafine crushing of ultra-light powder, and the latter is suitable for ultrafine crushing of general materials.Air flow crusher is mainly composed of hopper, feeder, feeder nozzle, air chamber, crushing chamber, lining, adjusting nut, discharge pipe, etc. The material is evenly and quantitatively added to the hopper through the feeding device, and the high pressure air from the feed jet nozzle sends the material into the Lafal nozzle to accelerate the direct grinding chamber again. At the same time, the air in the high-pressure air bag is sprayed into the grinding chamber by a number of nozzles around the grinding chamber (the number of different types of nozzles is different) according to the design Angle of the nozzle into the grinding chamber, because at this time the material in the grinding chamber has been rotating in the grinding chamber, the high-pressure air immediately becomes high-speed logistics, multiple nozzles cause multiple streams of logistics to collide with each other along the tangent line (air grinder base ring), the material is cut, friction and crushed. If the mass exceeds the collection fineness, due to the action of centrifugal force, it is thrown to the inner wall of the grinding chamber and then sprayed by high-speed air flow to continue to crush. When the material is crushed to the set fineness, the quality has reached a certain light, suspended in the center of the grinding chamber, and the product is collected by the low-speed air flow into the receiving system. The setting of fineness mainly depends on the distance introduced by the winding of the discharge system, and the further the distance is, the finer the material is, and the thicker it is on the contrary. Therefore, when the machine type is the upper discharge type, the discharge pipe is reduced to thin and increased to thick; The opposite is true when the machine type is under discharge type. However, no matter what kind of machine, when the gap of the regulating tube is too small, the material received will become coarse when the air flow is rapid. Therefore, users should adjust freely according to the specific gravity and fineness requirements of their products to find the best collection position for the fineness of their products.The main function of the integrated cyclone pulse trap is to remove the solid particles carried in the conveying medium gas as far as possible, to achieve gas-solid separation, and to collect materials. The gas containing particles enters the cyclone separation zone after passing through the clearance of the main impeller of the grinder. When the gas containing particles enters the cyclone separation tube along the axial direction, the air is strongly rotated by the diversion of the guiding tangential direction. The air enters the cyclone body along the cylinder in a spiral shape, and the dense dust particles are thrown to the wall under the action of centrifugal force. Flow down the cylinder wall to the cyclone discharge port and out of the manual butterfly valve at the bottom of the equipment. The rotating air flow shrinks in the cylinder and flows to the center, forming a secondary eddy flow upwards and flowing out through the airway into the pulse catcher. The pulse catcher is mainly composed of body, filter bag, ash cleaning system and electric control system. After the cyclone collector, the fine dust enters the collector with the air flow, and is purified through the filter bag screen and discharged through the outlet of the upper box. The accumulation of dust on the outer surface of the filter bag gradually increases the dust removal resistance. At this time, the controller sends a signal according to the set resistance range, the electromagnetic pulse valve is opened, the high pressure gas in the air bag is quickly ejected into the filter bag, so that the filter bag is instantly expanded, and the dust accumulation of the filter bag is thrown into the ash hopper with the air flow back blowing.
