Product Description HDZD500 Semi-Automatic Collating Machine This machine is for Smart card sheet collation, including multiple layers (generally 5 layers) stacking, ultrasonic welding and high accuracy collating. One operator is required to operate the machine. Its product can be taken to lamination directly. It is normally for 2 film and 3 sheet collation, multiple (3~5) sheet collation can also be realized. Feature:The machine enjoys small size and high flexibility. The machine is mainly stations include sheet loading table, two sets of foil spooler unit, sheets stacking and positioning, layers positioning station, ultrasonic welding station, cutting and output stacker. Machine supports three sheets and two foils material collating, as well as 3~5 sheets collating. Well designed and manufactured structure and components make the transportation and clamping of layers smooth and no scratch on layers.Product enjoys high accuracy due to high standard double sheet detection device, OCR positioning detection system and web guiding system. Magnetic foil protective tape been collected automatically. The machine runs with stable performance 24 hours×7 days. Semi-auto Collation could be upgraded to Auto Collation with an auto feeder.
