Product Description The hydrogen purification device is designed for users who require high-purity hydrogen. In this device, the heated hydrogen enters the deoxidizer filled with a catalyst. In this way, the trace amount of oxygen contained in the hydrogen reacts with the hydrogen under the action of the catalyst, that is, O2 + 2H2 → 2H2O. Then, through cooling to remove water and adsorption by the dryer, the drying and adsorption treatment is carried out, so as to obtain high-purity hydrogen. This device is mainly composed of a deoxidizer, a cooler, a refrigeration dryer, a dryer, various control systems, etc. Gas treatment capacity: 1 - 5000 Nm3/hOxygen content in general nitrogen: ≤ 2%Oxygen content in product gas: ≤ 3 ppmProduct gas pressure: 0.1 - 1.0 MPaProduct gas dew point: -60°C to -70°CExternal structure: Standard type, customized according to customer requirements
