After the installation is completed, the equipment will be debugged.2 The seller's experts will provide on-site training to the user's equipment operation and maintenance personnel on the operation and maintenance of the equipment.3 The final acceptance of the equipment should be at the user's site. The acceptance items include:(1) All factory inspection items and comprehensive safety inspections;(2) Measurement of sensor power and heating productivity;(3) Measurement of cooling medium temperature rise;(4) Measurement of sensor component temperature;(5) Measurement of workpiece temperature;(6) Check the deviation between the workpiece temperature and the set temperature;(7) Check the reliability and sensitivity of the alarm system;(8) Verification according to the provisions mentioned in the technical requirements;(9) Verification of equipment trial operation stability.After all project inspections and tests are completed, a final acceptance report will be written and will take effect after both parties agree and sign.*Product quality control measures1 When selecting raw materials and external accessories, our company has established a complete set of qualified sub-suppliers to ensure the quality of raw materials and external accessories.2 During the production process, each component has a quality responsibility tracking card indicating the person responsible for each processing step and the final inspector. There are special process rules for key parts such as inductors and reactors to ensure that unqualified parts from the previous process will never flow into the next process.3 Products must undergo factory inspection before leaving the factory. The content includes appearance inspection, mechanical dimensional inspection, insulation inspection of induction coil, withstand voltage test and water pressure test. After passing all inspections, the inspector will fill in the product qualification certificate and archive various test data records to ensure traceability of product quality.* Product Quality Guarantee1 This equipment is made of brand new, high-quality materials that are consistent with the equipment's technical specifications. All material aspects are consistent with the equipment's technical specifications.2 The main external accessories of the equipment have product qualification certificates issued by the original manufacturer.3 This equipment has a warranty period of 18 months from the date of shipment.
