Product Description PSA Nitrogen GeneratorWork Flow ChartWorking principle: The PSA nitrogen generator utilizes the selective adsorption characteristics of carbon molecular sieves (CMS) for oxygen and nitrogen in the air. It achieves the separation of nitrogen and oxygen through periodic pressure changes. The specific process is as follows:? Adsorption stage: Compressed air enters adsorption tower A. Under high pressure, the carbon molecular sieve preferentially adsorbs oxygen, while nitrogen, due to its smaller adsorption capacity, accumulates at the top and is discharged.? Equalization stage: A portion of the high-pressure nitrogen in tower A is introduced into tower B to balance the pressure of both towers and reduce energy consumption.? Desorption stage: The pressure of tower A is released to atmospheric pressure.
