Product Description The installation of unpowered roller bearings can be carried out according to the following steps: I. Preparation before installation Inspect the bearings and rollers. Check whether the bearings are damaged, rusted, etc. to ensure good bearing quality. Check whether the surface of the roller is smooth and free of burrs, protrusions and other defects to avoid affecting the installation and use of the bearings. Prepare installation tools. According to the size and installation method of the bearings, prepare appropriate installation tools such as sockets, presses, hammers, etc. Prepare an appropriate amount of grease for lubrication after bearing installation.II. Installation process Clean the installation parts. Use tools such as cleaners or sandpaper to clean the installation parts of the roller shaft and bearing seat, and remove impurities such as oil stains, dust and rust. Install the bearing. Gently put the inner ring of the bearing on the roller shaft to ensure a tight fit between the inner ring of the bearing and the shaft. If the fit between the inner ring of the bearing and the shaft is too loose, a copper rod or hammer can be used to gently tap the inner ring of the bearing to install it in place. Install the outer ring of the bearing in the bearing seat to ensure a tight fit between the outer ring of the bearing and the bearing seat. If the fit between the outer ring of the bearing and the bearing seat is too loose, tools such as a press or socket can be used to press the outer ring of the bearing into the bearing seat. Fix the bearing. Use fixing parts such as snap rings and nuts to fix the bearing on the roller shaft and bearing seat to prevent the bearing from loosening or falling off during use. Lubricate the bearing. After the bearing is installed, add an appropriate amount of grease to ensure the normal operation of the bearing.
