The quality of heating is directly related to the quality and economic benefit of the product, and it plays a very important role in the whole production.The heating process is the focus of energy consumption and material consumption in the whole process. The energy consumption index and oxidation loss index of the steel rolling furnace are directly related to the cost of the product, thus affecting the competitiveness of the steel products in the market.Therefore, it is very urgent and very important to design and build a modern heating furnace which meets the national standard, energy saving and consumption, and meets the requirements of production and quality.In order to meet the heating quality and output of the billet, to adapt to the equipment level of the rolling line and to meet the requirements of the users, this scheme adopts a high production, low consumption, practical and reliable heat transfer type reheating furnace with a modern level.Furnace temperature Surface temperature of side wallSurface temperature of furnace topoCoCoCoCoCoCoCoCoCoCoCoCWalking beam heating furnace Features of this heating furnace1. By adopting a reasonable furnace type, efficient heat exchange burner structure and heat load distribution system, a reducing atmosphere and atmosphere are created around the steel billet in the soaking section of the furnace to reduce oxidation and burning of the steel billet.2. Equipped with an advanced and complete three-electric integrated computer automatic control system and necessary safety interlock system. Industrial TV is installed at the loading and unloading end, and the loading and unloading cantilever rollers, loading and unloading furnace doors and steel pushers are all equipped with safety interlocks and protection devices.3. The high-efficiency heat exchange high-temperature combustion technology at the furnace tail is adopted to preheat the combustion air to above 350-600oC to reduce the exhaust gas temperature.4. The three stages of combustion control all use proportional valves to control combustion.5. Continuous heat supply, so that the fluctuation of furnace pressure can be greatly reduced.6. High-efficiency heat exchanger (our company's proprietary technology) realizes continuous heat supply and is easy to operate. The life of the furnace body is more than doubled. The heat exchange area of the high-efficiency heat exchanger is more than twice that of the conventional heat exchanger. The heat exchanger of this furnace is a double heat exchanger with a heat exchange area of 1200-1500 square meters.7. Small and compact burners are used, and the hot air duct is insulated inside and outside to ensure heat exchange efficiency. High-efficiency heat exchanger, easy and fast maintenance and installation of dust removal device (our company's proprietary technology).8. The high-efficiency heat exchanger system is equipped with PLC control. The system has the functions of constant temperature control, timing control, over-temperature alarm and forced release. Safe and reliable.9. The composite furnace lining technology of integral casting with optimized design is adopted to minimize the heat dissipation loss of the furnace body.10. In order to improve the operating environment around the heating furnace, the flue gas pipelines around the furnace are all insulated.11. The displaced water beam technology is adopted, which can effectively reduce the black mark of the water pipe of the steel billet and significantly improve the rolling accuracy and mechanical properties of the product;12. The stepping mechanism adopts an efficient hydraulic system to independently control the operation. The system adopts proportional valves, constant flow valves and matching stroke detection and control devices. The billet can be lifted and lowered with ease;13. The walking beam adopts vaporization cooling or water cooling system.14. The double-wheel inclined rail stepping mechanism is adopted, which is easy to install and adjust, with less maintenance and reliable operation.15. The hydraulic system of the stepping mechanism adopts variable pump and proportional valve as well as matching stroke detection and control device. The walking beam starts to lift and lower the billet at a low speed, realizing "lifting and lowering lightly" to reduce the shedding of iron oxide scale and avoid the damage of the insulation layer of the water-cooled beam due to impact.16.
