Product Description Bostwick ConsistometerOur consistency meter (flow viscometer) features low cost, easy operation, and durability. Whether in the laboratory or on the production site, it can quickly test whether samples meet standard viscosity, consistency, and fluidity requirements. Requiring only a small bench space for operation, it is the simplest and most accurate method for testing various fluids today, widely adopted in the chemical, paint, cosmetics, and food industries. The CONSISTOMETER is entirely made of stainless steel, with a scale engraved on the base plate (each division 0.5 cm). To ensure experimental consistency, the base is equipped with a bubble level, and the levelness can be adjusted via the two leveling feet on the left and right. This instrument can also be referred to as the "Bostwick Consistometer." The Bostwick Consistometer is a versatile instrument used to determine the texture structure of food products, such as ketchup, fruit jam, yogurt, etc. It is made of 2 mm electro-polished steel plate and comes with a standard 100 ml sample container.
