Product Description Oil metal particle sensorThe GTI-FCS400 oil metal particle sensor is a real-time, on-line fluid detection sensor, which is mainly used to detect metal wear particles in oil. By monitoring metal wear over time, users can identify component failures at the earliest stages, reducing maintenance costs, reducing downtime, and improving operational safety. The sensor has been used in several industrial machinery scenarios, including Marine systems, wind power generation, gear transmissions, hydraulic stations and more. The application scenario of the sensor is mainly oil monitoring, but it can also be used in any non-conductive fluid medium to detect the presence of metal particles. The sensor can count, classify (ferromagnetic and non-ferromagnetic) metal particles in the oil of the monitoring system, and detect particle size.
