Power matchingThe power of this specification heating tube is usually 1500W - 3000W (under 220V), and needs to be selected according to the capacity of the water heater:50 - 80L water tank: 1500 - 2000W is recommended (heating time is about 30 - 40 minutes);80 - 120L water tank: 2000 - 3000W is recommended (heating time is about 40 - 60 minutes).Too little power will lead to slow heating, and too much power may cause circuit overload (the capacity of the circuit breaker needs to be confirmed, such as the rated current of the 3000W heating tube is about 13.6A, and it needs to be matched with a ≥16A circuit breaker).2. Installation seal and leak preventionWhen connecting with threads, wrap 3-5 turns of raw tape around the threads (starting from the front end of the threads, the direction is consistent with the direction of tightening the threads) to ensure that the seal is leak-proof (leakage may cause the heating tube to short-circuit or the thermostat to become damp and fail).After installation, water must be turned on before power is turned on (to exhaust the air in the heating tube to avoid dry burning damage). Check whether the interface is leaking before the first use.3. Thermostat debugging and maintenanceAfter installation, the target temperature (such as 50℃) must be set through the temperature control knob or button. After power is turned on, observe whether the water temperature is stable within the set range (error ±3-5℃ is normal, and the mechanical temperature control accuracy is slightly lower than the electronic temperature control).After long-term use (1-2 years), if the heating efficiency is found to be reduced or the temperature control is inaccurate, it may be that the heating tube is scaled (affecting heat conduction) or the thermostat contacts are oxidized. The heating tube needs to be disassembled and cleaned (soaked with a descaling agent) or the thermostat needs to be replaced.
