Product Description Product DescriptionPU9208 is a two-component thermally conductive flame-retardant polyurethane adhesive. It is applied by mixing the two components in the proper ratio. It features high strength, excellent adhesion, impact resistance, good thermal conductivity, and flame-retardant properties. The adhesive may gradually cure in the mixing nozzle if left unused for an extended period.After applying the adhesive to assembled components, quickly close and press them together to ensure that the adhesive fully wets the substrate.Temperature significantly affects the working time and curing of the adhesive. The operating temperature should not be below 10°C, with a recommended range of 15-25°C.Heating can accelerate curing; choose appropriate conditions based on actual sample experiments.Unused adhesive should be stored in a sealed state for future use. When resuming application, replace the mixing nozzle with a new one.Storage and Shelf LifeComponents A and B of the product are highly sensitive to moisture and therefore need to be stored in sealed packaging. If components A and B cannot be used up at once, please seal them tightly immediately after use to prevent moisture from entering and affecting the next use. It is recommended to store components A and B at temperatures between 15-30 ° C. During transportation, temperatures can drop to 0 ° C, but prolonged storage at this temperature is not advisable. If crystallization occurs, do not use the product.
