It is a derivative of tylosinApplication&FunctionThe antibacterial effect of tylosin is similar to that of tylosin. It has a strong inhibitory effect on both Gram-positive bacteria and some Gram-negative bacteria, and is particularly sensitive to pathogenic bacteria causing respiratory diseases in pigs and cattle. Such as Pasteurella multocida, Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae, Bordetella bronchi, Haemophilus parasuis, Mannheim hemolyticus, sleep tissue bacteria, mycoplasma, spirochetes, Brucella, etc., the antibacterial mechanism of tidirosin is the same as that of macrolide drugs such as tylosin, and it can bind to the 50S subunit of the ribosome of sensitive bacteria. Inhibit and prevent the synthesis and elongation of nucleoprotein peptide chains, thereby affecting the synthesis of bacterial proteins. However, it should be noted that due to the presence of three basic amino groups in tidirosin, different charged forms can be formed under different pH conditions. The amount of charge is a key factor in destroying the solubility of bacterial lipids and penetrating the outer membrane of Gram-negative bacteria. Therefore, the in vitro antibacterial activity of tidirosin is greatly affected by pH. Under acidic conditions, the amino groups are protonated. This led to a decrease in the antibacterial activity of tidiloxin. It has a relatively high antibacterial activity under alkaline conditions. The in vitro antibacterial activity of Tidiloxin is reported to have a better antibacterial effect on Gram-negative bacteria such as Pasteurella multocida and Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae compared with tylosin and tilmicosin. However, its antibacterial effect on Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae is inferior to that of tylosin and tilmicosin.Specification
