Structure description:1.The roller is made of alloy chilled cast iron .Their surfance are hard and wear resistance . Its hardness of surface is HRC68-752.The end of rollers are supported by the roller ball bearing bush .It has the advantages of running smoothy ,energy saving , low noise and long life3.The roll gap adjustment is manual control type . It is simple for operation4.The machine is equipped with overloading protection device , in order to protect the main parts from being damanged5.The machine adopts the single drive type transmission structure .
