Product Description       Carbide Conical Buttons are column - shaped as a whole. The upper one - third part is conical, which is conducive to penetrating the formation, and the lower two-thirds part is a cylinder with a chamfered bottom surface for easy brazing. Their main alloy components are tungsten carbide (WC) and cobalt (Co), endowing them with high hardness and good flexural strength. In terms of performance, the sharp conical head can easily penetrate the formation under the same working conditions, and the drilling speed is faster, greatly improving work efficiency. However, due to its sharp head, it is relatively more prone to wear. In terms of application scenarios, it is often used in oilfield drilling machinery, such as roller cone bits, down-the-hole bits, and geological drilling tools.
