Product Description Product DescriptionU-shaped steel, also known as hot-rolled U-shaped steel for mine tunnel support, has a cross-section shaped like the letter "U" and complies with the national standard GB/T 4697-2008 (implemented in April 2009). It is primarily used in mine tunnel support and tunnel support applications, and is a key material for the manufacture of retractable metal supports. Companies such as Kunming Iron and Steel have previously developed and produced 29U-shaped steel for mine support.This steel is hot-rolled and comes in various types, including cold-bent and hot-dip galvanized. Its cross-sectional design provides strong compressive strength, durable support, and easy installation. It is categorized by weight per meter in 18U, 25U, 29U, 36U, and 40U sizes. 18U and 25U are waist-shaped (designated with a "Y"), while 29U and above are ear-shaped. For example, the 25U-shaped steel has a height of 110mm, a thickness of 17mm, a theoretical weight of 24.76kg/m, and is made of 20MnK. In addition to the mining industry, U-shaped steel can also be used in structures such as guardrails and wall panels in the construction industry. Beside we do business also under D/P and LC terms.2.How long is your delivery time? For the goods we have in stocks, we deliver the goods within 5days. If it is a production order with volume not above 200tons, the delivery time will usually be within 25days after sealing contract. And the delivery time shall be slightly longer for order volume above 200tons.3.Before cooperation we want a sample for inspecting of quality, is that okay? We can provide a free sample for you shall sample value not above 30USD, you only need to pay the express charge.
