Product Description  Product DescriptionThis upward continuous casting production line is specially used for producing high-conductivity oxygen-free copper rods or oxygen-free copper tubes. When the size of the crystallizer and the mechanical clamping wheel is changed, flat products with other cross-section specifications can also be produced.The continuous casting production line is composed of a large three combined body furnace, a continuous  casting  machine,  a  guide  frame,  a  speed  tracking  device,  double-rod  wire  coiling machines, water cooling system, temperature measuring system, copper liquid level tracking system and  inductors, electrical systems, etc. Production process raw materials (electrolytic copper) are fed into melting furnace in sequence and are melted to be molten copper→ molten copper goes to transition vessel → molten copper goes to holding furnace → molten copper goes to crystallizer and is crystallized to be copper rod → copper rod goes to traction device and is in upward traction→  copper rod goes to output frame → copper rod goes to wire separating frame (avoid copper rod twining each other→) copper rod goes to the   automatic tracking device (control the wire coiling speed)→ copper rod goes to the coiling machine and is coiled in circles → goes to the next processing procedure.  Product Parameters1.
