This molten copper progresses to a transition vessel, then into a holding furnace. Subsequently, the copper is crystallized into rods within the crystallizer, followed by upward traction in the traction device. The copper rods are guided to an output frame and then to a wire separating frame to prevent tangling. Finally, they reach the automatic tracking device to control coiling speed, and onto the coiling machine for coiling into circles, preparing them for the next processing stage.Our Advantagesa.
