The molten copper flows into a transition vessel and then into a holding furnace. From there, it is directed into a crystallizer, forming into copper rods. These rods are then guided through an upward traction device and subsequently into an output frame. To prevent entanglement, the rods move to a wire separating frame, then proceed to an automatic tracking device that regulates coiling speed, before finally being coiled into circles by the coiling machine, ready for the next stage of processing.Our Advantagesa.
