Product Description Product DescriptionThe core structural components of a stopper rod bottom-pouring ladle are as follows:> Stopper Rod System Consists of a metal shaft (typically made of plain carbon steel round bar), stopper brick, and sleeve brick (refractory materials). The stopper rod moves up and down via a lifting mechanism to control the opening/closing of the nozzle brick, regulating metal flow. > Ladle Body Includes an outer shell, insulating refractory lining, and a bottom pouring nozzle (nozzle cup). Some models feature a heating jacket to maintain molten metal temperature.> Drive Mechanism Commonly uses pneumatic cylinders or servo-electric cylinders to drive a crossbar that moves the stopper rod vertically. Some designs incorporate a worm gear mechanism for assisted lifting.This structure ensures precise, controlled metal flow during casting processes. Characteristic of Machinery> The rotation centre is selected reasonably, which is easy to operate and can be reused after pouring. > Double worm gear pair transmission is adopted.
