It is then finely pulverized into powder using state-of-the-art ball mill machinery and shaped into balls using a high-performance ball press. Calcination occurs in either a rotary or vertical kiln, transforming the dolomite into calcined white. This is then expertly combined with ferrosilicon and fluorite powders to create the ideal dough, which is placed in a heat-resistant stainless steel reduction tank and subjected to reduction in a furnace, reaching temperatures of 1200-1250°C with a vacuum of 1.33Pa.
