The above parts have no high requirements for the hardness and wear resistance of the wear-resistant steel plate. The wear-resistant steel plate with the material of NM360 / 400 and the thickness of 6-10 mm can be used.2) Coal Yard: feed chute and hopper lining, hopper lining, fan blade, pusher bottom plate, cyclone dust collector, coke guide lining, ball mill lining, bit stabilizer, screw feeder bell and base, Kneader bucket lining, ring feeder, tipper bottom plate. The working environment of the coal yard is very bad, so it has certain requirements for the corrosion resistance and wear resistance strength of the wear-resistant steel plate. The recommended material is NM360 / 400, 10-30mm thick wear-resistant steel plate.7) Construction machinery: loader, bulldozer, excavator bucket plate, side edge plate, bucket bottom plate, blade, rotary drilling rig drill pipe. This kind of machine needs the wear-resistant steel plate with very strong and high wear-resistant strength, which can be made of nm500 and 20-60mm thick.8) Metallurgical Machinery: iron ore sintering machine, conveying elbow, iron ore sintering machine liner, scraper machine liner. Because this kind of machinery needs wear-resistant steel plate with high temperature resistance and strong hardness.
