Product Description IGBT Through Heating Induction FurnaceHis furnace to be applied for steel/iron melting, holding and superheating.The 3t furnace installation have two sets of furnace bodies and one set of CA series power supply with power sharing system, the max. Power to be 2000 kW. The DX type power supply have two power output, each output can be adjusted among the range of 20-2000 kW freely and the total capacity to be 2000 kW, thus one furnace for melting operation and other one for holding/pouring operation.The 3t furnace installation consists of one set of transformer (2200 kVA), one set of CA series power supply with power sharing system, two sets of 3t furnace bodies, one set of hydraulic station and two sets of FN tilting operation console.One set of closed water cooling system equipped with water-water heat exchanger, one set of opening water cooling system equipped with GHL type water cooling tower, one set of hydraulic push-out device for worn lining and one set of pneumatic jolting machine for lining installation are applied for 3t furnace installation.Based on the micro-controller, the rectifier and inverter are working in digital controlled way which have the following advantages: Higher controlled accuracy, higher reliability, stronger anti-disturbance, multifunction etc...There is interface for graphic display in CB7M12 full digital control board. The main circuit of SPS, electrical parameters in the corresponding location and the working status of SPS could be shown on the LCD display (DCS5, see above left picture, which is included in this quotation) clearly and it will help operator to monitor the working status of SPS and to take maintenance easily.The main advantage of CA power supply with CB7M12 full digital control board is as follows:It is a power sharing system. The feeding power in individual furnace can be adjusted among full range of power;Power factor keeps 0.95 or more during whole melting period;Serial inverter worked by large capacity of IGBT;The trigger signals transmitted by optical fiber for safety;The full power output among 95% of melting period;LEM type Voltage and Current sensor to be applied in this system to short its response time thus improve the protection function when fault happen greatly;Full digital control board have high control accuracy and possesses Self-diagnostic display function with prompt, which makes maintenance easy;Real display of electrical parameters and prompt of faults points makes the remote diagnostic procedure to be possible;The main advantages of CB7M12 main control board are:(1) Full digital control in rectifier and inverter;(2) Multiple monitoring and protective function;The following parameters can be monitored and alarmed or protected when the abnormal parameters was monitored:Voltage of power network;Pressure and temperatures of cooling water;Voltage/Amperage of SPS;Raised rate of Inverter amperage;Automatic restarting function;Failure diagnostic display function;Active delayed protective function;Setting of working parameters;Crucible leakage warning function;LCD display of electrical parameters;Potential possibility to connect with computer system in the future. Induction furnace is used for smelting or insulating ferrous metals, non-ferrous metals, sponge iron, such as scrap iron, scrap steel, copper, aluminum and so on. Complete working equipment such as continuous casting machine, rolling mill, mainly used for the production of billet, steel bar, angle steel, H-beam, I-beam, etc. Using KGPS, IGBT, single or double power supply technology, PLC (Siemens) can be realized throughout the monitoring. If the user equipment requirements are different from the above voltage levels and frequencies, each item needs to be increased by 15000USD.
