The process begins by breaking down raw dolomite into ideal sizes (20-40mm) using a crusher, sintered in a rotary kiln, cooled in a cooler, and finely ground by a ball mill. This powder is compacted into balls using a ball press. The calcined dolomite is then evenly combined with ferrosilicon and fluorite powders to form a unified dough, placed into heat-resistant stainless steel reduction tanks.
