The coating forms a dense ceramic coating to effectively isolate high-temperature gases and corrosive media, reduce heat loss, improve the sealing and thermal efficiency of the kiln, and extend the service life of the furnace. Its core properties include resistance to ultra-high temperatures, thermal shock, oxidation, chemical corrosion, and excellent mechanical strength.
