Product Description ASTM A532 cast white iron wear plates bimetal wear liners 700BHN with high impact toughness.Typical applications of Wear Plates include Discharge Chutes, Hoppers, Rock Boxes, Excavator Buckets, Loader Buckets, Dragline Buckets, Face Shovel Buckets, Spider Arm Guards on Crushers.They combine very high wear resistant qualities of a high white iron plate(ASTM A532 15/3CrMo, 700BHN-63HRC) with a weldable & high impact toughness mild steel plate through vacuum brazing to create a product that is exceptionally resistant to impact and abrasion while retaining. For different work conditions, we can control the thickness of the layer to reach the overall performance requirements, thus, at the same time, satisfy the abrasion-resisting demand and structural requirement of the wear-resistant parts, then to realize the efficient use of the scarce resources. Most usual thickness ranges from 15mm to 90mm. Note:1. Sizes can be made on request.2. Wear plates/wear Liners can be cut to size on request.3. Bolts/Nuts/Washers/Holes/Threadings are available on request. Advantage:1. Hardness: 63HRC/700BHN. The usage life is at least 2 times higher compared with overlay/hardfacing wear plates, at least 7 times longer than A.R type steels 360/400BHN. The thicker ones such as 20mm above wear, the usage life is much more longer. The wear resistance performance is the same from wear surface to the welding face.2. Wear surface is very smooth and flat, media is not easy to stick on.3. It can make with different shapes and sizes.4. Better cost-efficient. Unit price is about USD5.0~USD7.5 per kilogram.
