Overall features of the equipment and a brief introductionHRT3-1800-12 trolley type heat treatment furnace is mainly composed of furnace shell , furnace lining , furnace door and furnace door lifting mechanism, furnace door pressing and sealing mechanism; load - bearing trolley and trolley traction mechanism, furnace body and trolley sealing mechanism; heating elements and fixing devices; furnace temperature automatic control system, etc.3.1 Furnace shell(1) Furnace frame: ensure the overall strength of the furnace and the frame structure will not sag or deform.(2) The outer wall of the furnace is welded with steel plates with a thickness of ≥ 4 mm . The side columns and rear columns are made of 12-20 # steel, and the columns and column tops are pulled together with steel to form a complete grid structure. The overall structure is strong, firm, durable and reliable , and all welds are even and smooth , without defects such as pores, slag inclusions, and unfused parts. The appearance of the furnace body is straight, beautiful, and has no wrinkles or unevenness. The exterior of the furnace body is painted with two coats of primer and two coats of topcoat according to relevant standards. The color code selection is based on the general industry standards, and high-temperature resistant paint is used for key parts.3.2 Furnace lining : The lining is a composite structure of all fibers and refractory bricks,constructed with high-quality zirconium-aluminum refractory fibers, using standard stainless steel round steel parts and scientific and reasonable installation methods. The fiber folding block is pre-compressed again before installation (compressed bulk density ≥ 230Kg/m3 ) , fixed on the furnace top shell with stainless steel round steel , and the installation thickness of the insulation material is 350mm. The structure has low thermal conductivity, low thermal dissolution, excellent chemical stability, thermal stability, thermal vibration resistance, excellent tensile strength and corrosion resistance. The highest temperature resistance of aluminum silicate fiber is 1260 oC , and the material of the fiber fixing part is stainless steel molding .3.3. Furnace door and furnace door lifting mechanism, furnace door pressing and sealing mechanism;3.3.1 The furnace door is composed of a full fiber lining and a steel structure shell. The lining is made of zirconium-aluminum fiber folding blocks, and the folding blocks are made in the same way as the furnace lining. The shell is welded with profile plates, and the surrounding frames are made of 1-2 mm thick steel plates . The overall frame is guaranteed to be non-deformed in hot conditions and is strong and durable. It is guaranteed to have a long service life .3.3.2 The furnace door is raised and lowered by an electric hoist, and the seal is sealed by a deadweight clamping mechanism to ensure that there is no inertia when the furnace door is running and the seal is reliable . The electric hoist is used to raise and lower the furnace door, eliminating the need for counterweights and pits, saving the use area of the equipment.3.3.3 A soft contact sealing structure is set between the furnace door and the furnace lining, that is, the fiber sealing block around the furnace door protrudes from the furnace door lining on the furnace door side, and the furnace door frame is equipped with a thick steel plate. When the furnace door is in working state (i.e. closed), the furnace door is pressed by its own weight so that the sealing fiber block and the steel plate are fully in contact and sealed; when the furnace door is opened and closed, the gap between the furnace door and the furnace door frame steel plate is 50mm to ensure the smooth movement of the furnace door when opening and closing. The above method has the characteristics of simplicity, practicality, reliable sealing, and convenient maintenance.3.3.4 Structural features of the furnace door: The main material of the furnace door is made of 12 mm steel plate and 18 # steel, which can not only ensure the overall rigidity and strength of the furnace door, but also make the furnace door lighter and reduce the weight of the furnace door. The fiber lining construction method adopts stainless steel solid method, which can effectively ensure the firmness of the fiber during the frequent opening and closing of the furnace door and increase the service life of the furnace door.3.4. Load-bearing trolley and trolley traction mechanism, furnace body and trolley sealing mechanismTrolley: It is mainly composed of three parts: frame, refractory masonry and traveling mechanism. The top of the trolley is refractory masonry, which is used to withstand high temperature of 1200oC; the middle part is the frame, which is a rigid structure that bears the load; the bottom part is the traveling mechanism.Trolley frame: It is composed of 25 # I-beam cross beam, 25# I-beam longitudinal beam, and 25# channel steel frame beam. The deformation mechanism is fully considered during the design, so the trolley has sufficient rigidity to ensure that it will not deform under full load operation. When loading, there may be a certain impact load, so the rigidity of the frame should be paid special attention. The trolley shell adopts a double-layer steel beam structure, the main beam structure is welded by 25# large I-beam horizontally and 25# I-beam longitudinally, and the support beam adopts large I-beam to support the entire main beam. The wheel fixing beam adopts 25 # I-beam.The trolley is surrounded by a 12mm thick steel plate frame. Its function is to fasten and protect the refractory masonry on the trolley and to keep a certain gap between the two sides of the trolley and the furnace. The trolley frame is directly in contact with the high-temperature furnace gas and is easily deformed by heat, so it is made of thick steel plates to ensure its service life.Car surface steel plate. In addition to being used to install the trolley frame to support the refractory masonry, the car surface steel plate also plays a role in dispersing the trolley load (making the load evenly distributed) and enhancing the rigidity of the frame. This trolley uses 6 mm thick high-quality steel plate as the car surface steel plate.The trolley is self-propelled. There are 8 pairs of wheel groups, a total of 16 pieces of wheels with a diameter of 500mm, including 2 pairs of active wheel groups and 6 pairs of driven wheel groups. The maximum allowable load per piece of wheel is 20t. According to the actual load calculation, the average load per piece of wheel of this trolley is 8t , and the safety factor is 1.6 . Trolley lining: The composite lining is made of heavy high-aluminum refractory bricks, lightweight refractory bricks, insulation bricks, etc. The collision-prone parts and load-bearing parts are built with heavy high-aluminum refractory bricks ( high-temperature adhesive is added to the mud during masonry ) to enhance the structural strength of the furnace lining. Expansion joints are left during production to prevent the lining from expanding and damaging the lining after being heated.Trolley traction mechanism: The trolley travel mechanism is driven by an AC motor reducer , and the traction method is a reducer gear structure. The trolley enters and exits the furnace through the reducer gear in the transmission device and the running wheel under the trolley to drive the trolley travel gear to mesh and drive the trolley to move, and the operation is stable and reliable. The traction mechanism is installed in the form of a reducer gear part arranged at the bottom of the trolley and part arranged at the lower part of the trolley . This structure is easy to install and maintain, and has reliable operation. The trolley's in and out motor is equipped with an electromagnetic brake . At the two ends of the trolley's travel, a double insurance limit device is provided to prevent the phenomenon of over-travel travel. The trolley is equipped with an electromagnetic brake when entering and exiting, which can effectively prevent the trolley's running inertia from hitting the furnace body.Operating characteristics:a. Easy maintenance: The structure of this trolley is relatively complex, and the design takes into account factors such as easy maintenance of the equipment. For example, the reducer is connected by flanges, and the independent design of the power and non-powered wheel groups allows maintenance personnel to easily remove the drive device from the end beam for maintenance without having to lift the entire trolley for maintenance. The design considers setting up a maintenance pit at an appropriate location outside the furnace.The cable drum winding length selected for this trolley is 20m. The trolley with this self-propelled walking mechanism has no travel restrictions, and there are no obstacles in front of the furnace (such as roller belts, wire ropes, etc.).The seal between the trolley and the furnace body uses a refractory fiber sealing block, which is pressed tightly with a cylinder lever. When the trolley is fed into place, the electric cylinder drives the lever to lift the refractory fiber cotton sealing block upward and press it onto the gap between the trolley and the furnace body. This meets the requirements of safe use and convenient maintenance. An automatic sealing device is installed between the trolley and the furnace body , and the side sealing adopts the thrust pressing form of an electric push rod. When the trolley is driven into the furnace, the electric push rod is used to push the sealing blocks on both sides toward the trolley at the same time and fit tightly with the trolley side plates, thereby achieving a sealing effect. When the trolley is driven out, the electric push rod is also used to separate the sealing blocks to both sides. The sealing strips are made of soft fibers inside the trolley sealing blocks to effectively prevent the heat in the furnace from overflowing.The sealing problem is a very important part of furnace design. The quality of the sealing performance directly affects the uniformity of the temperature in the furnace and the service life of the furnace; it also has a great impact on energy consumption and the heat treatment quality of the workpiece. In the overall structure of the furnace, the sealing device is in a relatively high temperature area and the working environment is relatively harsh. Therefore, it is very necessary to adopt a sealing solution with reliable performance , simple structure , long service life and easy maintenance.The seal between the trolley and the rear wall adopts a spring-type sealing structure. After the trolley is put into the furnace, it is pressed tightly with the rear sealing spring to ensure that the air flow in the furnace does not leak out from the rear wall.The above structure has been well and extensively applied in trolley-type forging heating furnaces and trolley-type heat treatment furnaces, achieving a good sealing effect.3.6 Furnace Heating ElementsThe furnace heating element is made of high-quality high-resistance alloy material 0Cr27AL7Mo2 , which is processed into a corrugated shape and installed on both sides of the furnace body. The resistance belt is processed and made with a special mold to ensure that it is not damaged during processing. The resistance belt is installed with a special ceramic screw, which is easy to install and quick to maintain and replace. There will never be a thermal short circuit with the furnace shell, which will cause local overheating of the furnace shell. During installation, a ceramic gasket is placed between the fiber wall and the resistance belt to ensure that the fiber surface is not in direct contact with the resistance belt, thereby increasing the heating effect of the resistance belt. The ceramic screws and washers are sintered at high temperature with high aluminum materials to ensure that they have sufficient strength and service life. The equipment is divided into 16 heating areas. The layout of the heating elements corresponds to the setting of the heating section. Independent heating groups are arranged in the heating section (including the corresponding combination with the heating elements on the trolley surface). All lead rods are made of ?160Cr25AL5 material, and the wiring clamps of the lead rods are special industrial clamps to ensure that the wiring is firm and reliable. The neutral points of all resistors are connected to zero, and the cross-sectional area of the neutral wire meets the requirements of industry standards.3.7 Electronic control systemTemperature control: The temperature control adopts multi-segment zoning control and uses the intelligent digital display temperature controller produced by Japan's Shimaden Company. By setting its reasonable parameters, it can achieve the best control of each temperature zone. By using its online self-tuning function, it can calculate the best PID parameters of the furnace and achieve a more ideal temperature stability.1. This system controls the temperature of the heat treatment furnace and the interlocking of the motor action in 16 zones, and an alarm device is provided for each zone when the temperature exceeds the limit.A. According to the process requirements, after setting the temperature rise program in the intelligent instrument, assign it to each temperature zone for control. Call and edit the corresponding process, send signals to the lower level, and collect the temperature of each zone from the upper level instrument.B. When the main power is turned on, the equipment will control the electric furnace normally according to the program process set in the intelligent instrument.2. Power control: The control execution system adopts a high-power trigger system, equipped with a radiator and a full set of air cooling systems. Each group of electric heating elements is equipped with an ammeter, a voltmeter and an on/off indicator of the electric heating elements, with power-on interlocking protection and safety grounding measures to ensure safe use.
