As the rotary kiln gracefully revolves, it propels the materials forward, while a robust forced blast crafts an intense high-temperature reaction zone, reaching a remarkable 1000-1200oC. Within this fiery crucible, the magic unfolds: zinc metal compounds are reduced by a carbon agent into metal zinc vapor, seamlessly entering the gas phase. Upon encountering atmospheric oxygen, this vapor oxidizes into zinc oxide dust, expertly captured along with flue gas by our advanced dust collection system.
