This molten copper progresses to the transition vessel, then to the holding furnace, and subsequently enters the crystallizer, where it is formed into copper rods. These rods are subjected to upward traction via the traction device, after which they move to the output frame. To prevent tangling, they are guided through a wire separating frame and controlled by an automatic tracking device that regulates the coiling speed. Finally, the rods are coiled into neat circles by the coiling machine, ready for the next stage of processing.Our Advantagesa.
