Cooling water inlets and backwater thermometers, pressure gauges, and valves are also provided.Stepless Power Adjustment: The furnace power can be adjusted steplessly via an on-load induction voltage regulator, offering flexibility to meet process requirements.Comprehensive Protection and Alarming: The furnaces are equipped with digital temperature displays and comprehensive protection, including overload, over-voltage, grounding, high/low water temperature, and low water voltage alarms. The furnace's electrical control system is fully independent from the rest of the unit.Adjustable Crystallizer Dimensions: The crystallizer width can be adjusted between 330-450mm, and thickness can be set between 16-23mm. The cooling water distribution system is made of stainless steel (304) and includes necessary thermometers, pressure gauges, and valves.Secondary Cooling System: The secondary cooling device ensures the billet temperature is reduced below 50°C. Components like the water tank, cooling pipes, air ducts, and protective covers are made of stainless steel (304).Traction Control: The traction machine's control program can be customized according to process requirements, and it eliminates slippage between the billet and traction device. Synchronous casting strip transmission is ensured via an AC frequency-conversion servo motor.Synchronized Cutting and Shearing: The strip cutting and shearing machine operate synchronously with the billet pulling process. After shearing, the hydraulic shears return to their starting position, with adjustable limit switches for precise positioning.Automatic Control of Ingot and Coiling: The ingot mechanism, shearing machine, and coiler are controlled by a PLC system, featuring automatic length counting, roll weight calculation, weight setting, and automatic cutting.Track-based Take-up Machine: The take-up machine moves on tracks with intermittent coiling mode, enabling automatic end retention functionality.Independent Hydraulic Systems: The system includes three separate hydraulic circuits for the melting furnace, holding furnace, and traction/take-up machines, each with a backup pump. Additionally, the melting and holding furnace systems have manual pumps for emergency operation during power failure. The tipping cylinders are equipped with hydraulic one-way valves to prevent pipeline accidents and lock the cylinders in case of failure.Real-time Data Display: All operational data is displayed on a large (10+ inch) monitor on the operating platform, with real-time updates from sensors and control components distributed throughout the equipment.
