Product Description Flue Gas Online Continuous Emission Monitoring system CEMS for Fertilizer PlantGeneral PrinciplesThis technical solution is applicable to the continuous emission monitoring of flue gas at the flue gas tail outlet, namely the flue gas online monitoring system (Continuous Emissions Monitoring System, referred to as CEMS), including the technical requirements of the functional design, structure, performance, installation and testing of the CEMS body and its drive device, and auxiliary equipment system. The equipment provided by our company is brand new and advanced, and has been proven to be a fully mature and reliable product through operation practice.The TR-9300D flue gas emission continuous monitoring system (CEMS) produced by our company is a continuous monitoring system designed with patented technology and imported analytical instruments and components. It mainly monitors pollutants such as particulate matter, sulfur dioxide (SO2), nitrogen oxides (NOx), etc. The main flue gas parameters monitored are flue gas parameters such as temperature, pressure, flow rate, oxygen content, etc. A single monitoring system adopts the architecture mode of monitoring platform probe + preprocessing + industrial computer + LCD display + data acquisition instrument to complete the functional requirements of receiving, storing, displaying and transmitting monitoring data.1 Applicable conditionsWorking conditions:(1) Dust content in flue gas: <1000mg/Nm3;(2) Medium temperature: 0~500oC;(3) Water content: Applicable to saturated water vapor;(4) Medium pressure: -10~+30KPa;Climate conditions:(1) Ambient temperature: 5~45oC;(2) Ambient relative humidity: 20~85%;(3) Atmospheric pressure: 70~106KPa;(4) Sunlight exposure: No direct exposure;(5) Air Flow rate: direct air flow <3m/s;Environmental conditions:(1) No obvious vibration at the installation site;(2) Configure a dedicated ground wire (ground resistance less than 2Ω);(3) No volatile corrosive or explosive gas;(4) Good ventilation;Necessary public facilities on site(1) Power supply: single-phase 220V±10%;
