Product DescriptionProduct DescriptionConductivity in SemiconductorUltrapure water and water used in semiconductor applications have a regulated conductivity specification (e.g. 0.055 μS / 18 Mohm) which requires the utmost accuracy. Conductivity sensors are the ideal choice to ensure the quality and performance of ultrapure water in semiconductor applications. These measurements offer an economical and highly accurate technique to enable deployment across the entire production process. AlpHa has sensor solutions uniquely tailored for ultrapure water and semiconductor applications, including continuous (process) monitoring sensors, laboratory electrodes, and cartridge options for multiparameter / sonde.Aurora's conductivity portfolio includes contacting (2 cell, 3 cell, and 4 cell), and toroidal (inductive) sensing technologies. Conductivity sensors feature a range of cell constants (K value), including 0.01, 0.1, 1.0, and 10, specialized housing materials, and various mechanical assemblies.
